Get map and directions from Google maps. FROM NEW YORK CITY, BY CAR
1.	Take the Holland Tunnel out of Manhattan.
2.	At the first light after the tunnel, turn left onto Marin Boulevard. Bear to the left as soon as you exit the turnnel. This turn comes up very quickly.
3.	Go down Marin Boulevard for a ways, about four or five stoplights. When you see Montgomery Street and York Street, you’re almost there.
4.	At Grand Street — there’s a stoplight and a nice big sign hanging above the intersection — turn left.
5.	Go five blocks along Grand Street, then turn right onto Hudson Street.
6.	Go down Hudson Street three blocks. At the light, turn right onto Essex Street.
7.	Go one block along Essex Street. There’s an eight-story brown building there on the left side. That’s Clermont Cove. The front door is along Essex Street.
Do not park along Essex Street, or you will likely get a parking ticket.

FROM JERSEY, BY CAR
1.	Take the N.J. Turnpike to exit 14C. That’s the Turnpike extension, toward the Holland Tunnel. (If you haven't driven this way before, just pay attention when you get near Newark Airport.) Do not exit the roadway until after the tollbooths.
2.	After the tollbooth, take the Christopher Columbus Drive exit.
3.	Go down the ramp, bear right. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Christopher Columbus Drive.
4.	Go down Christopher Columbus Drive for a ways — you’re heading toward the tall buildings in the distance.
5.	At the end of Christopher Columbus (don't go into the Hyatt Hotel entrance), turn right onto Hudson Street.
6.	Go down Hudson Street six blocks. At the light, turn right onto Essex Street.
7.	Go one block along Essex Street. There’s an eight-story brown building there on the left side. That’s Clermont Cove. The front door is along Essex Street.
Do not park along Essex Street, or you will likely get a parking ticket.

FROM NEW YORK CITY, BY PATH TRAIN
	1.	Go to the PATH station at the World Trade Center.
	2.	Get on any PATH train. (Fare is $1.50.)
	3.	Get off at the first stop, Exchange Place.
	4.	Go up the escalators and out the door.
	5.	You are now facing west. Bear left, toward the statue of the guy getting bayonetted. This is Montgomery Street. Walk west two blocks.
	6.	Turn left at the Flamingo Bar & Restaurant onto Greene Street.
	7.	Keep walking until the end of Greene. The brown building on the right side of the street is Clermont Cove. The entrance is along Essex Street (the street with the trolley tracks).
